Return Policy

The consumer has the right to withdraw the order within 14 days. This withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day the package is delivered on the person ordered, or a third party other than the carrier. In case of multiple packages order within one order and separate shipping, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the last item is acquired by the person ordered or a third party.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for unsealed audio recordings. A product is considered unsealed if the protective film of the media bears a notice that the opening of the film is to be regarded as such an unsealing. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.
